I’ve just had a piece published in the academic journal Museum & Society, which has a special issue in honour of the late Elee Kirk. The piece is called “Elee Kirk: Snapshots of a Life in Museums.” It’s a relatively personal piece: about Elee, about her work, and about her legacy. I’ve republished the piece in its entirety over on Elee’s blog, so if you would like to read it, follow this link. You can also find a link over on Elee’s site to the entire journal.
The photo accompanying this post, incidentally, is Elee’s photograph of the Oxford University Museum of Natural History, where she carried out her research work.
