Residency at Nanning Literature House

This December, I’ll be with my Wind&Bones collaborator, Dr Hannah Stevens at the Nanning Literature House (南寧文學·家) here in Tainan, working on a 10-day project exploring food, stories and the philosophy of everyday life in Taiwan’s unofficial food capital.

We’ll be in residence from the 13th December to the 23rd December. Along the way, we’ll be collecting and sharing micro-stories about food. We’ll be running a public storytelling workshop, and rounding things off with a lecture where we share with the public the work we have done on the residency.

I’ll post more about this as things start to take shape. But we’re looking forward to getting to know the city more through its stories, its snacks, and the insights into arts of living shared by its citizens.
